2 part wrapper & oven. The auto sleeve sealer is designed to produce a sealed pack using P.E. heat shrink materials. Types of products suitable to this method of wrapping, mainly for transit purposes when a fully sealed pack is not required are trayed items such as cans, bottles, meat products and pharmaceuticals or boxed items, confectionery etc.  Film type 2 rolls of single wound heat shrinkable material. Electrical supply 240v single phase 13amp compressed air 80 p.s.i./6 c.f.m. A solid Teflon coated sealing jaw is fitted & gives a strong fin type seal on P.E film. The Re-circulate air tunnel is designed to heat shrink items that have been sleeve sealed or fully sealed in suitable materials: P.V.C. P.E. polyolefin etc. Air tunnel comes fitted with a digital temperature control a variable speed conveyor that is stainless steel mesh belt, electrical supply 440v 3 phase and neutral there is also a single gang socket outlet on the tunnel to connect the sleeve sealer to.
