Kraemer pharma grade tablet deduster built with a plexiglass turret and vibration-free housing for visual control of the dedusting process and improved dustproofness. 

Construction according to GMP standards.  Suitable for conveying of tablets of 3mm to 25mm diameter via upwards conveyor (250mm) generated by continuously adjustable vibration. 

The device outlet can be fitted with various peripherals such as metal detectors, diverter switches, slides etc. 

Conveyed tablets/capsules are electrically discharged within the device. 

Through output: between 60,000 tablets per hour (for large over 30mm diameter tablets) and up to 3,000,000 per hour (for small diameter tablets of 5mm and less). 

Power supply: 100V-240V, 50/60 Hz.  Compressed air: 1.5 -2.0 Br, 50-100 l/min. 

Buffering guarantees continuous tablet press/capsules filling equipment operation. 

The electronic C810A controller allows the pre-selection and reproduction of operating conditions.
